• Granite:
  <> Each slab is unique, porous, while offering a natural and sophisticated look
  <> May or can be more heat resistant than that of other material
  <> Requires sealing upon install & then periodically to prevent staining and bacterial growth

• Quartzite:
  <> Hard, durable natural stone. Often compared to granite
  <> Mimics, at times, the look of marble with its veining patterns with wider range of colors
  <> See Granite. Considered more resistant to heat damage.

• Quartz:
  <> May be non-porous, doesn’t require sealing, and is resistant to bacteria
  <> Offers uniform look and a wide range of colors and or patterns
  <> May damage by prolonged exposure to high heat & scratched by sharp objects

• Marble:
  <> Known for its elegance and unique veining patterns.
  <> Durable and may withstand high temperatures
  <> Requires regular sealing and cleaning to prevent stains and damage. 

• Porcelain:
  <> Made from natural raw materials like clay and sand. Eco Friendly material
  <> Highly resistant to heat but more susceptible to thermal shock  
  <> May chip more easily. Chips and cracks can be difficult to repair

• Remnant Cuts
  <> Budget-friendly option, sold at a discounted price compared to full slabs.
  <> Sourced from the same premium materials as full slabs to allow for savings
  <> Remnant can be Granite, Quartz, Porcelain, Marble, Dekton, etc.

• Maintaining Countertops
  <> Wipe with a damp cloth and mild, clear dish soap & water or non-abrasive cleaners
  <> Clean them up messes immediately, do not let sit, & never use abrasive pads
  <> Use cutting board(s) to avoid scratching, clean regularly, & wipe up spills immediately
